CLASSES

The Barre programme of classes are in three categories, Barre, ESSENTIALS & POWER
Barre classes are technical classes that are either fundamental and suitable for all through to our most advanced class
ESSENTIALS are exactly that, everything essential for your training and your body and suitable for anyone at any point in their training
POWER classes are intermediate, mainly in Barre knowledge. Less technical and more punch and endurance and stamina is the name of the game
